The inaugural Swiss Wine Week was a resounding success. Eight enthusiastic partners from the retail and hospitality sectors showcased their Swiss wines through secondary placements, in-store tastings, high-calibre masterclasses, and other events.

"The dedicated professionals and their customers were so thrilled with the success of the campaign that we decided to expand the partnership to partners throughout Germany in 2025," says Meike Frers, CEO of ff.k Public Relations GmbH, which represents Swiss Wine Promotion in Germany.

A particular highlight was the three seminars led by Yvonne Heistermann, Ambassadrice du Chasselas. She captivated participants with a tasting journey through the Swiss wine region, sharing many personal experiences and tips.

"With the Swiss Wine Weeks, we reach a completely new customer base. At all three events, there was great interest from end consumers," said the top sommelier. "Many tasted Swiss wines for the first time! The high quality of the products and their diversity particularly impressed the audience," she continued.

In addition to the events, participating wine retailers focused on the prominent placement of their Swiss wine assortment in the store. As a result, many customers tasted more Swiss wines.
